• Short repetition of the basic features
• Extended use of the resource and cost management
• Sophisticated reports and layouts
• Definition of forms, menus and toolbars
• Makros (Visual Basic for Applications)
• Questions from the support practice
• Special examples (absence planning, todo list, marketing plan)
• Case studies and experience exchange
• Project tracking and controlling (baseline, progress, evaluation)
• Outlook: Project Server und Web Access (Enterprise Resource Management)

 

Prerequisites

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Project basic features (participation in the basic course or equvalent knowledge) and project management!
